Tasting Notes: Clean aroma, full of ripe fruit, with elegant tropical notes and hints of citrus. The palate is creamy and fruity, with a nice acidity which gives a fresh and prolonged finish.

 

Recommendations: Store in a horizontal position in a cool place, protected from direct light. It should be served at 8°C. It pairs perfectly with fresh seafood and grilled fish. For a combination with the typical gastronomy from the Alentejo region, we recommend a shark soup.

 

Specifications: This wine is made with the grape varieties Arinto and Antão Vaz. It‘s aged only in stainless steel vats to preserve all the natural freshness of its original grapes.

 

Vinification: The grapes were fully desmented, followed by a gentle pressing in a pneumatic vaccum press. The fermentation was slow, and it took place in stainless steel vats under temperature control.

Tasting Notes: Very concentrated color, rich aromas, with ripe fruit, notes of dark chocolate and spices. It reveals a good presence in the palate, with fine tannis, combining elegance and strength.

 

Recommendations: Store in a horizontal position in a cool place, protected from direct light. It should be sewed at 18°C. It pairs perfectly with roasted meat and game dishes. For a combination with the typical gastronomy from the Alentejo region, we recommend a lamb stew.

 

Specifications: This wine is made with the grape varieties Syrah, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Touriga Nacional. It’s aged only in French oak barrels for nine months.

 

Vinification: The grapes were fully desmented into small stainless steel vats with temperature control, followed by cold maceration for 48 hours. After the alcoholic fermentation, the malolatic fermentation took place in French oak barrels.

Specifications: This wine is made with Touriga Nacional grape variety. The bubbles are created following the traditional method of fermentation in the bottle, in a cool cellar, for 9 months.

 

Vinification: The grapes were fully destemmed, followed by gentle pressing in a pneumatic vacuum press. The first juice was cooled to low temperatures for 24 hours and decanted.The fermentation was slow, and it took place in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature, to preserve all the aromas.

Tasting Notes: Production of only 2,000 bottles each one of them numbered and signed. Intense color, opaque with violet tones. Beautiful aromatic density of dark matured fruit but well balanced with notes of spices and soft balsamic.Bulky in the mouth, velvety texture, fine tannins giving a persistent and elegant finish.

 

Recommendations: Store in a horizontal position, in a cool place, protected from direct light. It should be served between 16ºC to 18ºC.It pairs perfectly with red meat, game dishes and spicy dishes.

 

Specifications: This wine is made from Aragonês, Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Trincadeira grape varieties. It is aged in oak barrels for 18 months and a further 18 months in the bottle.

 

Vinification: The grapes were fully destemmed. Fermentation took place at 22-25ºC for 10 days, after the fermentation is carried out cold maceration for 9 days.
